About this tool
Data source
TCGA-GBM (The Cancer Genome Atlas), 375 IDH-wildtype primary glioblastoma patients with Affymetrix U133 expression, survival, and genomic data (cBioPortal).
Immune score
Derived from Neftel et al. 2019 (Cell) single-cell RNA-seq: top-50 macrophage and T-cell marker genes, scored in each bulk tumor, z-scored and averaged into one infiltration score.
Model
Cox proportional hazards, stratified by age group (<55 / 55–65 / >65) with exact age as a covariate within each group; Breslow baseline survival; coefficients pooled over 20 multiple imputations. Cross-validated C-index 0.622 (Model 3).
